Ugh. So last night we were told Tuesday or Wednesday, Elisa would be able to go home. I posted this morning all excited. Sadly, Elisa had a fever last night. Elisa will be coming home with a picc line. In order for Elisa to get the picc line, she needs to be fever-free for 24 hours.

Super bummed out! We were so excited to be reunited as a family. Who knows, perhaps I will need to post another blog entry stating I spoke too fast again, and perhaps the doctors will surprise us with another path to come home today or tomorrow.
